The Educational Resource Information Center (ERIC) provides full text of 2,200 digests in addition to citations and abstracts from over 980 education or education-related journals. The Elementary School Module teaches younger students how to ask questions, use core reference resources, understand indexes, choose research topics, search online, and read charts and graphs. The Middle School Module provides content written for students in grades 5-8 and is designed for students able to use a more sophisticated format.

Full text for each record may be easily accessed by double clicking on the topic from the display. The database contains various images, offers brief biographies as well as information in a variety of subject areas. This encyclopedia is updated annually.
